Reflection

Reflections is the alteration in trajectory of a wavefront at a boundary separating two divergent mediums, ensuring the wavefront reenters the initial origin medium. Familiar instances encompass the reflection of light, auditory waves and water waves. The principle of reflection proposes that for mirror-like reflection like that on a mirror surface, the inclination at which the wave strikes the surface is equal to the inclination at which it bounces back.
